About me
Scott Monroe serves as the Chief Information Officer for Comal Independent School District, where he leads the district’s technology vision, strategy, and operations to support over 4500 staff and faculty members and 31,000 students across a rapidly growing region of Central Texas. Throughout his career with three large suburban school districts, Scott has helped in the design and construction of over 50 new school campuses, athletic, and administrative facilities and overseen the initial rollout of three 1:1 student device initiatives.
