About me
Kendall Latham is a K-12 Education Strategist at Dell Technologies, where she partners with K-12 districts and state leadership to understand their unique needs and leverage innovative technologies that optimize the educational experience for all. She holds a Ph.D. in Urban Education from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master’s Degree in Reading Education from East Carolina University. Prior to returning to Dell Technologies, Kendall served as Chief Innovation Strategist at Lenovo, where she led national K-12 education strategy and thought leadership initiatives focused on AI literacy, workforce readiness, digital transformation, and the future of learning. In this role, she partnered with education leaders, policymakers, and industry stakeholders to shape innovative strategies, influence educational outcomes, and accelerate technology-enabled transformation across school systems nationwide. Before Lenovo, Kendall served as Senior Partnerships Manager at Zum, where she helped school districts modernize student transportation through technology innovation, sustainable practices, and operational improvements that enhanced safety, efficiency, and equitable access for students. Earlier in her career at Dell Technologies, she served as a K12 Strategist, earning recognition as a national thought leader in digital transformation and helping education organizations improve educator effectiveness, organizational performance, and learner achievement. Outside of her professional work, Kendall is a proud mother of three children, ages 14, 11, and 9, who keep her busy cheering from the sidelines and navigating all things sports.
