Dr. Karla Burkholder is a respected educator, ed tech leader, and author with a legacy of innovation in public education. A former TCEA President and current Deputy Director of Texas Education Technology Leaders, she has guided statewide initiatives and served on multiple influential boards. Dr. Burkholder is a recipient of the ISTE Making IT Happen Award and was named one of EdTech Digest’s Top 100 Influencers in EdTech. She continues to champion technology leadership and professional growth across Texas.
