At USAC, Mr. Eisley served as Manager of Process and Procedures, where he helped align PIA operations with program rules, authored the PIA procedures manual, and led efforts to streamline reviews. He regularly presented to USAC leadership, staff, FCC attorneys, and the Board of Directors. With more than a decade of hands-on experience filing FCC Forms for applicants, Mr. Eisley brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to navigating complex E-rate challenges.
