Ashley currently serves as Treasurer on the E-mpa® Board, where she brings deep program expertise and fiscal oversight.
A Certified E-Rate Management Professional (CEMP), Ashley has led clients through every aspect of the program lifecycle, including strategic planning, Category Two budget optimization, Form 470 and 471 application processing, compliance management, invoicing, and complex audit responses. Her ability to manage large-scale, multi-district E-Rate projects—while navigating evolving program rules—has made her a trusted advisor in the field.
