Transformational leaders do more than manage tasks—they inspire people to achieve a shared vision, challenge existing assumptions, and reach their full potential. Drawing on Peter Northouse's leadership framework, this interactive session explores the core components of transformational leadership, including idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. Participants will examine how transformational leadership can foster engagement, innovation, and organizational effectiveness while developing practical strategies for leading meaningful change within their teams and organizations.
In this session, the Baylor University Moody School of Education will share more about their new partnership with TETL to help connect members to their online MS in Learning Design and Technology and EdD in Learning and Organizational Change programs, as well as how TETL members can earn credit by way of Prior Learning Assessment toward their graduate degrees.
