This session will provide a timely overview of CoSN resources, reports, and national priorities shaping K–12 technology leadership. Participants will explore recent releases, including the U.S. State of EdTech 2026 report and CoSN’s new Setting Conditions for Success resource on responsible use agreements, while also looking at broader work connected to cybersecurity, AI, privacy, digital access, advocacy, innovation, and leadership development.

Designed for district technology leaders, this session will help participants understand the trends CoSN is tracking, the tools available to support local decision-making, and the ways national resources can be used to strengthen communication with superintendents, boards, educators, families, and policymakers. Attendees will leave with practical updates and resources they can immediately bring back to their districts.
